We want you to love your Orgain products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on opened nutritional supplements or food products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
